She’s a detail-oriented team member with more than 8 years of experience in various industry sectors like - E-commerce, Consulting Operations, Brand Licensing, etc. with an exceptional record of client service & revenue generation.
Shoppingkart24.com an E-commerce is a marketplace which aims at promoting the work of Indian craftsmen, artisans, upcoming designers and entrepreneurs globally. ShoppingKart24 bridges the gap between customers and Indian Brands. It offers unique & versatile line of products coming from rural/urban vendors at customer’s doorstep. Thus, intending to empower & endorse merchants from different regions by providing them a solid platform to sell & publish their products. Possibly trying to provide a bond between vendors & buyers, where it will allow customers to get the best price with a bargain option coming in near future and hence giving a sense of real store shopping. The USP of Shoppingkart24 is quite different from other e-tailers as it offers best quality products brought indigenously from different regions of India at affordable rates. Target is to stabilize an Indian market, ensure best customer services and provide it at customer’s ease, therefore making it a portal of paradise for shoppers.

I am from Varanasi, one of the major holy cities of India which is rich in culture and Indianness. Many of the small shopkeepers over there are struggling to sell their products and wish if they could get an opportunity to showcase their offerings in a channel where they get maximum profit and coverage. Like Varanasi, there must have been vendors from Tier 2-3 Indian cities who are going through the same problems. With this big responsibility, I thought to get all the knowledge about E-commerce working and hence I started my career as a vendor on different e-commerce portals with an aim to start my own E-commerce business in the name of Shoppingkart24.com in 2015. I met Jyotsna in my entrepreneurial journey, and since then from my dream venture it became our dream venture ‘Shoppingkart24’. We only have one mission which is to provide the best selling portal to these neglected shopkeepers and work for their growth.
The biggest challenge for every startup is to create a trust factor among the vendors and the consumers. The biggest challenge was in convincing vendors to sell with us. We are still working hard to build trust with our vendors and customers so that we can increase the traffic on our portal at a faster pace.
It is a journey, not a destination; the only thing which is required from an entrepreneur is he/she needs to convince himself. I trust myself and my knowledge on the subject, and I just believe in my knowledge and foresight. We are different in a unique way; we welcome all the budding women entrepreneurs, artisans & craftsmen, new brand manufacturers & designers who are ready to launch their business online. We are confident about our products, and I am sure that we will be slowly and steadily increase our market share.
In this growing era of digitization, most of the established e-commerce players are extending their reach to Tier-II & Tier-III cities to empower rural and urban India. But still, there are so many vendors, retailers and shopkeepers who are not aware of online businesses even though they produce unique and quality products. As a result, the Indian originated brands are losing their share of demand in the market and missing on its fame beyond a certain boundary. As a result, our Indian consumers reach is limited for now to only those few vendors who are listed on top e-commerce sites.
With a vision to offer a global platform to many small scale vendors, Prateek B Singh started Shoppingkart24, an online website to showcase their unique & versatile line of products and hence promoting richness & uniqueness of Indian products from local manufacturers, vendors, artisans & craftsmen. His only mission is to promote these small-scale entrepreneurs, women entrepreneurs/young entrepreneurs and products from rural & urban India and to assist them to scale up their business. He aims to create a huge marketplace for each of these sellers and consumers who look forward to buying Indian artistic and unique product.
Shoppingkart24 wants to showcase the larger product selection to the customers from vendors of rural/urban areas by implementing new features on the website to and hence offering the best customer experience to both our sellers & customers. We foresee 10x growths in customers within a span of next 6 months & increase per customer spend by 2.5 to 3 times. The future plan is to stabilize in the Indian market and create the platform in other countries and promote their products and designs to create a cross boundaries trade.
